You can participate in the Foundation  Seminar without previous knowledge or experience.

However, there are a few things you can do before coming :

  1. read one of Clif Sanderson’s books: “Knowing Nothing, Living Happy”(Deep Field Relaxation Ltd) or “Loslassen … und Heilen: Deep Field Relaxation – die Tiefenfeldentspannung”(VAK Verlag, Germany)
  2. slow down your mind by regularly listening to the “Mind Music” CD
  3. walk in nature and connect to trees, grass, birds …
  4. stop some of your daily activities for 10-15 minutes and become aware of your slow deep breathing

The purpose of Deep Field Relaxation™ (DFR) training is to discover, explore and experience connection to the Universal or Deep Field. Maintaining this connection is a never-ending source of joy, well-being and personal transformation. Within Deep Field Relaxation™, accessing the Field is only possible when the mind is relaxed and the ego of the practitioner is not involved. One of the keys to this experience is the ability to reach your inner silence in any given situation.

The main approach used in our trainings is not the usual intellectual studying, but transmission of the ideas and induction of special states of consciousness. For centuries tribal cultures and ancient societies used this teaching method. We follow a playful way of awakening the intrinsic joy and harmony within each of us.

You will experience various meditation practices, exercises and rituals that liberate the mind-body from stress and the usual patterns of thinking:

  • meditations on existential fears and fear of death and dying
  • gentle movements, creative visualisations and healing breathing techniques
  • chanting & toning
  • sensing different types of energy
  • creating awareness of your physical body
  • recording your emotional movements
  • practitioner- client sessions

You will learn how to:

  • work with your personal fear of death and artificially generated fears
  • go into the state of deep relaxation, even amidst chaos and continuous change
  • tap into the body’s intrinsic knowing, triggering the “relaxation response”
  • allow natural order to unfold and “let go” of the mind
  • form a clear intention without attachment to the results
  • apply the concept of compassion to yourself and others in real life situations
  • observe and work with mind resistances
  • integrate this new state of being into your personal living and working situation

As a result you will become confident in stilling the mind. You will also obtain a basic understanding of Deep Field Relaxation™ and gather practical experience in its application, as practitioner and client.

 After completion of the Foundation Seminar you will be able to begin working with Deep Field Relaxation™.

Please Note:

  1. Deep Field Relaxation™ does not conflict with any other therapeutic modality; it simply adds another dimension to the practice you may have been doing already. Therefore it is considered not another healing practice, but a state of being.
  2. Different levels of training present opportunities to go deeper and develop confidence in your Deep Field Relaxation™ skills. Furthermore, every training offers a chance for change. There are no restrictions to the number of times you may participate in the Foundation and Master  and Whakapapa Seminars.
