One Distant DFR Session

You can book a DFR distant relaxation session HERE.

DFR distant sessions are performed 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9pm your local time. We recommend that at that time you lie down for 40 minutes. Relax the whole body part by part, organ by organ. Focus on your breath and  listen to the Mind Music CD or its MP3 version during the session. The music helps to tune your mind into a special state of allowing changes.
